These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between you and the operator of this website concerning access to and use of the site, its documentation, and the online image tools made available here. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the service.
Eligibility and acceptance
You represent that you are of legal age to enter a binding contract in your place of residence, or that you have obtained verifiable parental or guardian consent where required. By using the service, you agree to the then-current Terms and to any supplemental policies referenced herein (including our Privacy Policy).
Description of the service
We offer client-side and server-assisted utilities for preparing, resizing, converting, and otherwise processing raster images through a web interface. Specific formats, size limits, batch limits, and optional features (such as automated layout or background handling) may change without notice. The service is provided on a best-efforts basis and may be rate-limited, throttled, or taken offline for maintenance, upgrades, or security reasons. Certain workflows may invoke subprocessors or cloud APIs when such integrations are enabled in our environment; those subprocessors process content only as needed to fulfil your request.
Acceptable use and prohibited conduct
You agree to use the service only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. Without limitation, you must not:
- Upload, store, or process content that is illegal, exploitative, hateful, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, or that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or trade-secret rights of any person.
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network, bypass authentication, interfere with other users, or access data not intended for you.
- Launch denial-of-service attacks, flood endpoints, mine cryptocurrency, distribute malware, or otherwise degrade performance or security.
- Use robots, scrapers, or bulk automation to extract data or strain infrastructure except through documented APIs we expressly permit in writing.
- Circumvent technical limits, resell access without authorisation, or use outputs to train competing machine-learning models when we have expressly disallowed such use.
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations, cooperate with law enforcement, remove or quarantine content, and suspend or permanently block offending accounts, IP ranges, or devices without liability to you.
Your content and intellectual-property licence
You retain all intellectual-property rights in the images and other materials you upload, subject to the limited licence you grant to us and our subprocessors to host, reproduce, adapt, transmit, display, and create derivative previews solely for the purpose of operating, securing, and improving the service for you and other users. You represent and warrant that you have all rights, consents, and licences necessary to upload each file and that doing so does not violate any law or third-party right. You are solely responsible for backing up originals; we are not a long-term archive.
Our intellectual property; no professional advice
Aside from your content, the service—including its software, visual design, text, logos, and documentation—is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. No licence is granted except as expressly stated. The tools are not a substitute for professional imaging, colour-management, legal, or compliance advice; you remain responsible for evaluating whether outputs meet your technical or regulatory requirements.
Disclaimer of warranties
EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, THAT PROCESSING WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT FILES ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL CODE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE OPERATOR, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF USE, DATA, BUSINESS, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (USD $50). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN SUCH CASES OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the operator and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party right, or your misuse of the service, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
Third-party services, links, and advertising
The service may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites, embeds, or advertisements served by independent networks. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, tracking technologies, or policies. Your dealings with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.
Changes to the service and to these Terms
We may add, modify, or discontinue features, impose new technical limits, or update these Terms to reflect legal or operational changes. When we post an updated version, we will revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes may, where appropriate, be highlighted on the site. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you object to an update, you must stop using the service and delete any copies of materials you no longer need.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access—with or without notice—for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, creates security or legal risk, or threatens the rights of others. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including licence grants to the extent necessary to enforce prior usage, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and dispute resolution) will remain in effect after termination.
Governing law; informal resolution; venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator maintains its principal business operations, excluding conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction’s laws. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us in good faith to attempt informal resolution. Subject to non-waivable consumer rights in your country, exclusive venue for any dispute shall lie in the courts located in that same jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
